   I think the best is The Keyword Academy.  I have used them in the past and I learned a lot about keyword research and link building.  It is also pretty cheap, like $35 a month.   I have also used Wealthy Affiliate.  They offer a lot of training and free web hosting.  They raised their price a while back from about $45 a month to $97 a month, which is too high in my opinion.

   I liked Rapid Profit Formula by Matt Carter. He does a really good job of explaining niche marketing, keyword research, the types of niche websites you can make and how to put them together, how to write content that converts to sales, etc.
   
   Easy for beginners to understand. Pretty comprehensive. He's got video tutorials to show you how to do it. One time price of $77.

   I've learnt a lot with Adam Short at NicheProfitClassroom.com. He has a very structured program and Clickbank recognizes it as one of the best programs. The suscription is $67 a month and every month they release 2 all-include packages. You can access the educational program with a 1 dollar trial for 14 days.

   I agree with Go Writer - Matt Carter is one of the best.  He only charges a one-time fee, which I think is better than paying a monthly subscription.  Those quickly mount up, especially when you are starting out and probably not making much income.
   
   I did my own training with Mark Ling, who takes a very detailed step-by-step approach as you watch him on video.  Also a one-time charge, and you remain a member forever, get all the updates, access to a really active forum, etc.
