   There are quite a few healthcare careers which only require an associate degree.
   
   Some examples:
   Physical Therapist Assistant, Occupational Therapist Assistant, Dental Assistants, Radiation Therapists, Nuclear Technicians, Registered Nurses, Diagnostic Medical Sonographers

   I am employed as an Application Systems Developer, I have been in IT for almost 30 years. My highest income was just short of $110,000 and I have an AS in Data Processing. I have server as a Team Lead, a Supervisor and a Department Manager. I have never let my lack of a BS hold me back.

   One career that I know can be secured with an Associate degree and promises both gratification and decent compensation is respiratory therapy.
