    Ideal boss is a person who can be a charismatic leader. Ideal boss should be smart and fair.

    Machiavelli wrote: "The one who adapts his policy to the times prospers, and likewise that the one whose policy clashes with the demands of the times does not."

    This is what I believe. Instead of me butchering by explaining, I think quoting the originals is better.
