love to work every day, why is power good?

0Power is only good if you use it wisely to help others. Power is not about control - it is about empowerment. To control might be thought of as an abuse of power, whereas providing the tools for people to live a good, honest life, is goodness personified. It is enabling people to be the best they can.
You talk about 'work'. If you love what you do and you do it well, with good intentions, then that joy shines through. Feeling joy is the key to an abundant, happy life.
Of course, another view, is that power is about energy. A man has enough energy to light a city for a week - so you have power within you and around you. We are all this energy which we share with every think in the universe. A powerful thought eh?
Use your power wisely, for the good of your sisters, brothers and the universe and you will find that power will flow more intensely than ever before.
