    I think call center worker would have been a really good guess about 10 years ago but companies have outsourced most of those jobs. 

    In the past, a high percentage of retail workers were part time and pursuing a degree in college.  Unfortunately, this is not the case today.  Many retail workers have college degrees and a lot of debt along with them.

      You have a point about the call center reps.
      Yes, more people with degrees now are asking "do you want fries with that?" roll
