I've worked in the Information Technology field for several years now (most of it working with small firms), and pose the above question to my fellow Hubbers. What strategies/philosophies/actions are necessary for a small business to stay the course? We all hear about how many small businesses fail in America, but what do YOU think it takes for a growing firm to keep its doors open? Here's my go-to list:
1. Audit Your Technology/Talent
2. Invest in the Right Productivity Tools
3. Get All Your Managers on the Same Page
4. Be Flexible With Business Goals
5. Never Stop Innovating
