What are the +ve and -ve of Outsourcing a project on a Freelancing website?
i do work with some of them as coder...it is safe for both the coder and one who wants project to be made..
I think whenever considering open source, it is important to keep in mind that an open-source project is only as strong as the community that supports it. As a result, there is often a lot of framework involved and it requires finding people that are willing to take time out of their day to support your project.
Getting the support of the community can often be one of the more difficult parts of getting an open source project off the ground and getting people motivated.
Outsourcing is amazing and do it whenever you can. If you have a few repetiitve work that needs doing or you need to assemble a business plan or documents for clients etc, then use outsourcing as a haven for getting 100% accurate results.
Make sure you give them detailed and correct instructions and make sure they are backed up by a team of freelance or established outsourcers and you should have an automated method of doing business. Try it.
