Hmmm, I see she does the classic mistake of saying you need two different software to make a website or a blog.
Wordpress is great for both a full website as well as a blog. The best websites utilizes static pages for the site, product pages, an attached blog, a forum and a few others.
ALL of which can be done by wordpress. Not a bad e-book however.
