Guess Andy hasn't yet discovered how to post a hub.
Andy, use the GREEN button at the top of page where it says "start a new hub".
Then ask the staff to remove your post here to avoid a duplicate content issue.
Or just report him for posting duplicate content - he's posted this stuff elsewhere. Probably just after backlinks.
I looked for duplicate content and saw a lot of similar stuff - not suggesting any of it is spun or anything - but I didn't find an exact copy.
