Hi I have a couple of websites, one is PR2 (travel) and another is PR3 (classified ads) and both have been online for a little over three years. Is anyone up for a blogroll link exchange? I prefer sites that have a pagerank of at least 1 and has been online for at least a year.

Link exchange 3 way or 4 way is the best technique. Adding links in high PR sites and taking links from high Pr and low Outbound links(Ob-ls) can increase the page ranks.
