Greed is frequently associated with capitalism today, but not with socialism.
Those who don't understand the proper use of greed are the ones who use it incorrectly.
Greed with capitalism? Profiteering, overcharging(increasing price but not value).
Greed with socialism? Entitlements in socialism is greed for ignorance.
