To whom it may concern:

I am pleased to write this letter of recommendation for Jenna Redd. Jennaworked for me in the customer service Department at So Cal Performance Beverage Distribution for 2 years. She began here taking inventory and was promoted to customer service.

During Jenna 's service with us I admired her for her many valuable qualities, and regarded her with evermore respect. Very goal oriented as well as a team player, Jenna was always punctual, yet easygoing. She was keenly devoted to her work, but being a real people person, she was also enjoyable to be around.

Jenna demonstrated from early in her tenure that she understood what business is all about. She was well organized and thrived under adversity. She kept a sharp eye on the bottom line, but realized too that customer satisfaction is what makes or breaks your business. I suppose doing well in business is easy if you are, as she was, driven in equal measure by both quality and efficiency.

I would like to be very clear about why Jenna is no longer with us. Jenna is available only because we had to close our door’s due to the hardships the economy presented. If I was to start my business again, I would hire Ms. Redd back in a heartbeat.

In closing, let me say I have no hesitation in recommending Jenna Redd for any position pertaining to customer service. I feel confident she would be an asset to your organization.

I worked for my mother's business for a couple of years. i n order to get another job they required a recommendation letter from a previous job, sport, or volunteering. I chose my mom, but being as busy as she is she had no time to write it. So, I wrote it myself and she signed it. I got the job, so I think it's a pretty good reference when writing a recommendation letter. ENJOY!
