you360 system of building wealth

Are you good at repetition?

Preview 2... Someone once said that the best way to learn something and become good at it is by repetition. I have to agree with that statement of wisdom, however, just make sure you're repeating the right "stuff" or you could be setting yourself up for failure without even knowing it.

I'm going to preview some important information with all the new entrepreneurs, but first, I'd like to share a little of my background and how I got involved in the business world.

I'll never forget it.

It all started when I was a teenager. I somehow knew back then I wanted to be in business for myself and build my own income niche. I also knew that in order to accomplish this mission, I would have to deal with a lot of people …a lot of different people who, by nature, would have their own thoughts and own way of doing things.

Knowing this, or should I say realizing this...

...after much trial and error with some degree of success. I decided that, if I were going to be successful in my chosen field, my income niche, as a hairdresser, I would have to come up with a better plan …or for better words, a system. I would have to develop a system. A system that everyone in the organization could learn, follow, duplicate and teach to the new entrepreneurs as they filled the ranks of the organization. At that time, I owned five beauty salons and was in the process of franchising more of them.

I knew, the new people coming on board would need a system that would effectively present the idea, the knowledge, the product, the service, the solution or the opportunity to the others so that they could overcome the challenges they would encounter along the way...a system to make things happen, so that everyone would get the same positive results.

After putting together a workable proven system ...

that could be plugged into any business model, anywhere in the country. The next part of the equation I needed would be to develop a system that would take care of the important part of the business and that would be the ...you part. Because the "you" part is the most important part of any business.

I invite you to follow this series with me through these hub pages. I promise you, it will open your eyes to a whole new philosophy and expand your vision of how "you" can build a more enjoyable and productive business.

You'll also learn new skills and approaches to accelerate your learning curve.

Never forget...

people want to work, do business, and associate with others they know and trust; and can call a friend. With that said, lets move on to the fun part.

The year was 1994 and I had just been introduced to a new friend who was talking about business plans and business models. He talked about companies and their growth. He talked about the integrity of the companies. He talked about products. He talked about marketing plans, about training, about support, about building organizations and financial security. He talked about building a life of substance. He talked about all that stuff …he even talked about what would happen if the company you was working with went away, closed up …but that's not what effected me at that point because I already had 30 years under my belt as a successful entrepreneur.

You see, at that time, what affected me the most was the philosophy he was talking about.

He said that when this philosophy was learned to the point of routine, became a habit, became part of your DMO (daily method of operation) that it would transform you into another person. That you would act different, talk different, walk different, look different, carry yourself different and project yourself different.

He said you would see a whole new world of possibilities, a new world of principles and a whole new world of concepts.

One of the fascinating concepts shared...

was the concept of building a business and building wealth with a system. Hmmmm, there is that word again, system, write that word down somewhere.

He said that there was a system to "building a business" and "building wealth"; and those skills could be taught to anyone, just as the skills of accounting, music or hairdresser can be taught and learned.

So, can the skills of building "your business" be learned? Can the skills of building "your wealth" be learned? Sure it can ...it's simple.

To build your business and to build your wealth...all you need is:

  • Someone who has the skills.
  • Someone who is willing to teach the skills.
  • Someone who is willing to learn and apply the skills.

Next preview …you360-3...about choices.

To your health …drink plenty of clean, fresh, filtered water with two-four ounces of the "best tasting aloe vera" everyday.

Of course …know your supplier.
