Wow! Thank you, Eiddwen! I appreciate your wonderful compliment. I work hard at these. I have so much fun writing on hubpages that I must admit I have been neglecting my other writing sites. I need to strike a better balance.

Hi Debbie,

Thank you so much for writing such a clear, easy to follow step by step process. I barely have a grasp on all this technical stuff and I need all the help I can get. Bookmarked and VERY useful and UP!!!

Wow, Mrs. Menagerie, I am so glad you found this both understandable and helpful. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions. Best wishes to you,

Debbie

Actually, I do have a question. I build a TOP just like you instructed (I already had set up an account with BR) but was I supposed to then link it to my hubs or did that happen in the process somewhere...like I said, barely a grasp:)

Ask_DJ_Lyons profile image

Ask_DJ_Lyons 5 years ago from Mosheim, Tennessee Author

Mrs. Menagerie, here are the steps in a nutshell.

1. Come up with your title.

2. Come up with an introduction.

3. Come up with a brief wrap-up conclusion.

4. Come up with tags so that people can find you through Google searches.

5. Add a picture if you like. This is optional.

By looking at your hubs, I would imagine you totally understand how to do those steps.

Now here is where I believe your questions lie. Look at Step 24 above in my hub.

Step 1. List the title of your hub.

Step 2. Include a brief description of this hub. It can be long or short. That is your choice.

Step 3. Copy the URL (the http://hubpages.com/hub/ ...) of the hub you are writing about, and paste it into the correct spot.

Then do those three steps for your next hub that you are including in this article.

Does this make sense?

Best wishes,

Debbie

Well, wierdly, I got this 404 message saying I had to sign up again and all my TOPS had been deleted ( I only had a couple.) Since I had to start over, I thought I would go through you so you get referral points or whatever.

Mrs. Menagerie,

That explains it then. I thought you had mentioned you already had some tops, and I tried looking for them. I certainly appreciate you going through me so I can get some referral points. Thank you. I look forward to reading your tops when they get re-posted.

Best wishes to you,

Debbie
