Meet My Hubbers: I to L: A guide to hubbers
I was surprised to see my first hub (Meet My Hubbers: A to H: A guide to hubbers) got such positive comments. So surprised in fact that I decided to continue on. Where else could you meet people from all over the world and form a bond with them? Only on HubPages.
With over 6,000 hubbers it is very difficult to get to know them all or even to just find the ones that share common interests or write the things you like to read. Writing this little hub is my way of trying to spread my hubbers around and let you see what great folks I've been 'working' with.
I find myself reading every hub that is written about other hubbers, tributes, interviews, whatever...a great way to get to know our community, kind of like reading the newspaper! So, with out further ado I would like to list some more of 'my hubbers'. I know I can't list them all and maybe I'll do this again in the future to get some more of their names out there, but for the time being here they are:
Karen Hellier - Karen, from Connecticut, has only been on Hub Pages seven months but has made it an impressive seven months. Karen likes to write about a variety of subjects including life experiences including working at home. She also has a blog about second marriage romance! Stop by and see her hubs.
Jools99 - our chief cook and bottle washer. Her Women of WWII series is very interesting and contains a lot of information. She writes about Chick Flicks and great British bands and TV shows! There's so much more to Jools, stop by and give her a look.
Rajan Jolly - Rajan says, "The main thrust of my writings here would be in the field of natural therapy, alternate therapies and remedies, yoga, pranayama, with a few articles on other topics." His hubs follow that...hubs on healthful food, the benefits of many vegetables, flax, and so much more. Rajan's hubs are a great place to find out about being healthy and staying healthy.
KittyJJ - Kitty is a Berkeley Graduate and brings her knowledge and talent to Hub Pages. Her first hub, "Decorate a Wall" was selected as a Hub Nugget winner...great way to start! Kitty writes about a variety of things and shares some great recipes and decorating tips as well.
Mama Kim 8 - Kim is a stay at home mom with two children! She writes about her experiences with children but her recipes and kitchen hints... like "How to Easily Peel a Boiled Egg" or "How to Make Buttercream Icing, Perfect for Frosting and Decorating Cakes and Edible Flowers" or "Chicken Alfredo and Pesto Vegetable Lasagna Recipe"...get the picture? Lots to learn from Kim.
Injured Lamb - She says, " ... I am so blessed that I found my interest and can now focus on my writing." Her hubs are varied and she loves to leave comments on others hubs and to read the new hubs of her followers. One of her fans left the following fan mail, "I don't know why this lamb is injured but she does write very well. If you are looking for inspiring, motivating and compassionate readings, you'll find them here."
lindacee - Linda is our fasionista...she focuses on fashion and home design. Her hubs are loaded with great home design ideas from finding a ceiling fan to creating a home gym. Her taste is impeccable and you'll never read one of her hubs without finding some useful ideas. some hub titles include, "Variations of Cottage Style Decorating", "Different Window Valance Styles", and "Tropical Outdoor Design Ideas".
thelyricwriter - Rick is without a doubt the tattoo specialist. You will not only find articles on tattoos but articles that show you the beauty of the art that is tattoo. His hubs are filled with backgrounds and the meanings of tattoos (along with the fabulous pictures) and are so interesting to read.
cclitgirl - I wasn't sure whether to list Cyndi under "c", "l", or "g" so I went with "l". Cyndi is one smart lady with degrees and teaching experience galore, and SIX "Hubs of the Day"...that's pretty impressive, but, what's more impressive is Cyndi. (That's a run on sentence but I couldn't help it.) Her hubs are informative, imaginative, innovative and "I" think just great! Read them and find out for yourself.
Steve Lensman - Steve is the movie man! He writes about movies and movie stars and knows about movies! He has an extensive collection of movie posters which he share in some of his incredible hubs entitled "....One Hundred Years of Movie Posters". You can fill in the blanks with movie star's names or movie genre's. He's probably covered your favorite movie.
lyns - Lyns has been on hub pages for 11 months. She is a spiritual gal and has written a few hubs in that vein. She also has a variety of hubs including of one of my favorites, Nonsense Poetry but she writes dramatic, narrative, and inspirational poetry as well.
Looking through my followers beginning with the letter "M" leads me to believe I should start a new hub for M to P. Putting too much information in one hub is not only long to read but might wind up being boring and I want to make sure my followers read about every hubber I list. Watch for my next installment coming soon.
Thanks for reading and feel free to comment.
