Redgage could be a powerful traffic and earning online source: Issues that are hindering the fast growth of a potentially great site. Part 1

I have been using the social networking site Redgage.com for about 2 months now. Through this period I have expressed my concerns as to the paying structure as indicated by some of the users there. There seem to be discontent with the manner in which the site pays. This article serves to highlight the strong points that Redgage has as a social networking site that helps generate traffic and also has great earning potential for its users. These are a few pointers to how I think the site owners at Redgage could improve their site.

Site speed and bugs

The website has proven to be popular and I should think successful, in my opinion, it is time for the site owners to get their script cleaned up of all the bugs and make it faster and more efficient. This has huge financial implications but if Redgage is to stay ahead of the game in the social networking (with benefits-earning for its users) then it is time to consider hiring a strong team of Web Developers to make the script really efficient. This is better done sooner rather than later because the more users it gets over time, then more pages are created and this basically means, more work for the Web developers.I hope Redgage will look into this as soon as possible.

Customer service

One thing I value a lot in working with a business is their customer care. This is a make or break situation in most cases I have been through. I feel good and valued when responded to in a timely manner. In the case where my queries are not addressed, I feel that the site/business could not care less; therefore I look for other opportunities.Redgage is a popular site amongst its users. Personally, I enjoy the community and content posted on the site. It has become a sort of anchor point for me when it comes to searching for content or looking for other opportunities. Furthermore, it is fun to see that the earnings increase rapidly as you engage more and more with the community. Because I will have posted links from other sites I earn from, the earnings are further increased as I begin to earn from two sources instead of one. For this reason, I urge the site owners to look into their customer care and establish a good lone of communication with their users; it will benefit both them and their users.

Conclusion

It would be wonderful to see Redgage climb the ranks in social networking with the support of its users. For years millions of people have supported the likes of Facebook, Myspace and so on. Redgage has passed the test of time. The site owners should consider putting more effort into making it a full on, competitive, effective site. Redgage already has a following; the next step is to keep that following happy.
