Why I Want to Become a Hubber?

The very first thing that must have come to your mind is money. But money is something but not everything. Having said that, now there are many things that might be coming to your mind. Yes, there are many factors that are responsible for making you a hubber, but what is the most important factor that drives you to write constantly on HubPages. Let’s analyze

Accolades showing the good work of a hubber

Accolades

Accolades are hubber’s achievement on the HP. Accolades appearing in some experienced hubber’s profile inspire a new hubber to achieve such accolades as soon as possible. So a new hubber writes 10 hubs, answers 10 questions and answers, start following other hubbers and after all this manages to get a few accolades. After that a hubber wait prolongs for other accolades. But aspiring for accolades is by no means a factor that can make someone write for HP. Right!!! So what is that factor?

Comments

There are many of us who like other hubbers commenting on our hubs. Commenting is a process by which one gets the feedback for one self’s writing, thought, formatting and other nuances. These comments make your hub entertaining and interesting. Some readers go a step further by commenting on the facts and figures of you hub, which again makes your hub factually right. Commenting is one aspect of the HP that is important for all hubbers, but still not factor that can inspire me to become a hubber.

Social Networking

HP has a huge readership of million hubbers. In order to make your mark in such a huge community is not less than an achievement. To be in touch with your followers and readers requires a regular publishing of the hubs. You should also read hubs of other hubbers in order to now other hubbers in this community. But is social networking a factor that can make me a hubber. Now you might say yes it is. I just want to ask if I am not able to write hubs regularly, will I be a known hubber in the hub community. No!!! And here lies the answer to the question I asked---Why I want to become a Hubber?

Undying Urge

The most important thing that makes me a hubber is the undying urge to write write and write. All the above-mentioned points come after that genuine urge and inclination for writing and reading of course. If I have that fondness for putting myself across to the reader, I am alive on Hubpages.

Not only writing but one should have penchant for reading. You read hubs of other and get to know what hubbers are writing on and what their style of writing is. This is how you come to know about other hubbers and vice-versa. The preference to writing and keenness to read develop your social networking on HP.

When more and more hubbers read your work, you start getting comments. Most of the hubbers are really appreciative and supportive. Many times you don’t get a comment on a hub that is close to your heart or often you get negative comments for the hub that you think will be highly appreciative. Such comments can dishearten you. But your undying urge and desire to write something great will never let you down and you will come out with a masterpiece.

Writing on the HP is like walking on the road of the success. As you move ahead on the road to success, milestones come. So when you continuously write hubs, the accolades will also come. Accolades are something that cannot be chased but can be achieved as the recognition of your work on HP. The success mentioned here is the Hub of the day.

To sum-up the hub. It is your desire of writing that makes you a hubber. With your hubs you earn a name in the community followed by comments and then accolades. If you keep up the good work you might become an author of the Hub of the day. So always aspire for your writing instincts others factors will follow.

Great! For Me when I thought of writing, in fact I came across Hub pages by chance. I started writing because I got the opportunity to do what I had never done before. It had never been on my cards, rather I had the feel that to be a writer is a born instinct and that I don't have. After going thru your hub, I also wished to share it with you. Have great hubbing!
