Family: Mother & Three Sisters
Dual UK & US Citizen
Born April 23, 1958, in a small town called Musselburgh which is located on the outskirts of Edinburgh, the Capital City of Scotland. Dad was a bricklayer (mason) and Mum a secretary. My sisters have all been/are married, there was a couple of divorces, and a few more weddings, hopefully that's them all done, cost me a fortune in wedding presents ;)
I finished my schooling years at Musselburgh Grammar School in 1974 and proceeded directly into the Royal Navy, (dad had to sign the papers as I was still a young lad) where upon passing necessary exams entered the Submarine Service as a Junior Seaman Sonar Operator and remained there for approximately five years before transferring over to the Service Police Branch.
During my Service Police career, I studied English Law, was Chief Criminal Investigator/Prosecutor of the Clyde Submarine Base at Faslane, Scotland and excelled to the Rank of Master at Arms before leaving the service in 1992.
My military career had me all over the place, however, the most prominent would be special duties in Northern Ireland where I conducted a five year tour of duty, both ashore and at sea and saw active service in the Falkland Islands during and after the conflict.
For my undetected crimes, I was awarded the Falklands Medal (With Rosette), Northern Ireland Medal and Long Service and Good Conduct Medal.
Present Employment
I am presently working for a large Cruise line Company in the U.S.A., and have been since leaving my military career and a few short shore-side jobs at home. I started aboard the cruise ships as Ship Security Officer where I sailed the seven seas and visited many countries over and over again.
I joined the Cruise Line Industry in 1994, and recognized for my service and devotion, I was promoted into the position of Company Security Manager, and relocated (moved ashore) to the Corporate Office of which is located just outside the city of Los Angeles, California, and is where I presently reside.
