Can anyone tell me some source to get free images for my Hub?

I need some good wesbite where I can find reasonably good free images. From where you collect photos for your Hub. I ran out of sources.

Peter, if you do that, you'll get thousands of images which are NOT legal to use.  You must use the Advanced Search, search for images that are free to use commercially - and even then, Google says you have to go to the original site and double-check

I would suggest the same thing that Peter Owen suggested. I would only caution that, if you place ads on your hubs, you could possibly be hit with a copyright violation.

The images that you find on a search engine are from all manner of sources. Some images may violate copyright laws and if you use them for commercial use (i.e. placed in hubs that you make money off of) you can be penalized.

I just suggest you use caution. You may be able to claim fair use and/or public domain if you give proper credit; such as a correct link under the photo.

There are also some stock photo type sites where you can get copyright free images (i.e. public domain) but you usually pay a fee for those.

I agree with Josh. Google images ( as it often says when the images pop up) may be subject to copyright. It is a slippery slope. I would suggest using either images that you see used multiple times, use flicker images or contact someone (either company, person etc.) the hub is about for images. Also, make sure you source images properly, giving the proper credit.

Try Copyright free and Royalty free images at

    http://www.copyrightfreephotos.com/

The best source would be Wikimedia Commons

    http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Main_page

Ensure that you follow the HP guidelines on the usage of images and also the terms and conditions of the provider.

Checkout this Hub on your requirement :

Wikimedia commons is a great source. Some pictures require you to cite the source and some don't.

You can also try Dreamstime.com where they provide free photos everyday.
