It's a contradiction in its self, when a child starts asking why? Yeh but... Why? And it goes on and on no matter what you answer they want to know why , their interested and want to talk, this teaches the child to be inquisative and encourages conversation with strangers for when their older, which brings me to you question
If someone replys to a question someone has asked there is room for the inner child to ask but why??? Thus encouraging the built in want for knowledge but to acquire this we have to enter into a dissccution (probably spelt at wrong) but to first enter a discussion someone has to ask a question (or make a statement).
Hope that helps?
