It depends. The "R" symbol is used for registered trademarks. In theory the first time you mention a registered trademark, you should include the R. It is normal practice to not repeat it thereafter.
TM is an unregistered trademark, and is used by companies to state that they consider it to be something distinctly associated with them, so it's a form of common law trademark. I don't believe there is a requirement to attach it, though you may choose to do so.
In practice, this is all pretty much moot, as next to nobody except the company themselves includes the TM or R marks, and even they sometimes don't bother, including huge companies like McDonalds.
Hupgaes, for exampe, I would expect to be HubPages TM, but nobody bothers. It's unlikely to matter so it's more to your preference of whether it is useful to include to clarify your Hub.
