The title tuner is made to help you change your title to fit the way people who are searching find your hub. If it is based on only one search, it could be strange, especially if that person entered a strange search term with misspellings, etc. (I would add the common misspellings to the keywords though, since people might be in a hurry in typing search terms or may not know how to spell it. I always add the misspelled "geneology" to my keywords when I write about genealogy.)
When it is based on only one search, I usually don't change the title, unless I see something that logically makes sense to add. It is usually better with time as more people use search terms. You can see how they are searching for your information, and if you change your title, you might be able to get your hub to rank higher on the search engines as a result.
I have found it to be helpful. I wrote a hub "Advantages of Being Poor". I thought the title would intrigue people. The title Tuner suggested I add the word disadvantages, because someone had searched for advantages and disadvantages. Since my hub covered both, I went ahead and changed the title, and have found that many of the people who come to my hub come using "disadvantages of being poor."
