    I think that’s a good idea and I believe there shouldn’t be any problems doing so, if you are concerned and need to get clarification then why not ask the Hubpages team directly, this way you know for sure.

    Its a very nice idea but I suggest you consult hubpaghes and wait for a reply from them

    Absolutely.

    I suspect several other hubbers have already done this. Amongst people I follow, Twilight Lawns  certainly has.

    I listened to him reading one of his own poems a few months ago. And of course I read the accompanying text. But TL's reading added a great deal to the overall enjoyment of the piece.

    if you want to do this why not contact the hub team and ask if you can become a beta video tester so you can directly upload your poem to hubpages and retain ownership? when you post on youTube they end up owning your poem, however if you upload directly to hubpages you retain ownership and it is linked to your hub.
    I think this is a smarter way to go; the question of ownership with regards to your content is an important one and it's one of the reasons hubpages is such a good place to post your own creative material; you still own it. 
    Fantastic idea btw, I think I may adopt it myself!
