I don't know if all of the HP hubs are on this site (probably not), but there is a huge number of them there.
Even if you put a copyright notice on your hub, people can still take it, as one person has already noted. Also, the fact that your content is somewhere else means traffic is being diverted from your hub and you AND HubPages are loosing money.
The fact that our copied hubs aren't receiving duplicate content flags (at least mine hasn't) must mean that HubPages is aware of the problem. What they are or will do about it remains to be seen.
I used the contact form on BizEzine, ordering them delete to my content, but haven't received a response. I also left 2 comments at the article on the site which is essentially my hub, but noticed that once the comment is submitted, a message says "our staff will review it before posting." So they are covering their bases in case someone leaves a comment that says, "You stole my content."
