When will I get paid by Hubpages, mind you I have over 50 dollars in Earnings now?

I have been on hubpages for close to 9 months, still have yet to see a single penny and I have everything set up (paypal account, and everything) so is there something I don't know?

My experience has been that payment is usually transferred to you (according to the means you selected) a month after the milestone is reached.
The payout point is different for Adsense , Amazon and HP, by the way,-- also  people in different countries may have different payout schedules.
Check over the details of your accounts on their pages -- I think they all address the question you have. If you are still feeling neglected-- email team@ hubpages.com and ask for specific help.
Good luck-- it gets easier as you go along.

Where does it say that you have over 50 dollars in earnings?  On your "my account" main page?  I only ask because i think i made that same mistake too once thinking that number was a reflection of how much money i was making on hubpages.  Have you tried looking under "earnings" and checking the tab called "Balance History?"  Under there, it should tell you exactly what you've earned so far from the Hubpages ad program.  Once it hits over fifty, it should go straight to your paypal account from there the following month.  As far as that goes, you'd have to set up your checking account to paypal if you want to be able to move the funds from there for you to access it.  Anyway, i don't know if this answers your question, but i hope it helps.

How payouts work from the HubPages Ad Program is explained very clearly in the FAQ, including minimums and a diagram to show you exactly when you get paid.
