What is the deal with people creating hubs with 100% bolded or underlined text body?

As I have been hub hopping I have run across several hubs with the entire body of the article in bold, underline, or both. It is hurtful to my eyes when I come upon it, I do not even want to read whatever it is. Everytime I see this I wonder what the individual was thinking when they decided to do that.

Also, the text looks like it was copied and pasted from a paranoid schizophrenic/religious argument that broke out from nowhere in the middle of a post about cheese or something totally unrelated in the forums.

I just noticed that when I wrote in Google Docs and then copied and pasted it over to Hubpages, everything was bold. This could be a reason people are posting all bold. They're just copying and pasting from something else.

Of course. But the people who produce these hubs cannot write well as far as I have seen.

Ugh, not to mention when people make every word a different color.
