hello hubbers, i'm going to make a new hub about a movie review and I just want to know that if I add that movie photo ( poster ) does it comes under copyright and stuff ?

Yes of course it is most likely copyrighted. That is if this movie was released in the last 30 or so years. (I forget default copyright period) Otherwise the copyright could have expired and now the image is in the public domain,

I'm not sure if you could legally use the image under the fair use exclusion or not though: http://www.copyright.gov/fls/fl102.html

When unsure the best course of action is to obtain permission from the copyright holder. This would probably be very difficult and time consuming to be honest.
