Why am I having trouble using the suggest link tool?

No matter what hub I am updating, the suggest link tool never links!  I have read how this is done, but seems to not work on my pc.  Any suggestions?

If you are using internet explorer they are working on the problem. Switch to another internet program and it should work. I reported the same issue last week and was told they are doing all they can to fix it. If you aren't on IE then I have no clue and would suggest you go to the forums and report the problem.

Go out to the web and search for FireFox and download it to your computer. It is a separate browser. I just tried "suggest links" w FireFox and it IS working! I've not been able to use "suggest links" for the last 2mos!

I had the exact problem.  I have always used IE8 with no problem.  Something changed about two weeks ago and I could not link.  I was advised by someone on HP to use Mozilla Firefox.  I installed their free download, and now the links tool works just fine!

If no hub of mine is related in substance to the hub I want to link to, should I link anyway? I always thought links had to be between hubs similar in content.

I was seeing the same thing using Safari. I switched to Firefox and now it's ok.
