Are these Hub Hacker's Comments and links hurting my ranking with Google?

I am finding at least one hub of mine a day with comments from non-hubbers. each of these are usually news releases with a link attached. I do not get a notice from HP that I have a comment, rather I end up seeing them in my real-time list of hubs and comments. Each time I find one, have to open my own Hub and delete the Comment. I can understand the complexity of blocking outside comments, but these people with three or more links are bound to be hurting my ranking. Is anyone else having this problem? And, what can we do about this problem?

internpete, thanks for the response. I hope you are right, because they are attacking several of my hubs and i am really concerned about the links because Google, unlike HP does things their way, and we suffer the consequences. Oh well!

Thanks and I agree or having relative subjects. But, I had one comment with three links the other day in what looked like Russian. And, PS. If you have a link that goes to a low ranked site, it can pull your ranking down with Google.
