I have 4 out of 6 of my hubs on the first page of Google. There are several factors that contribute to the likeliness of your hub appearing on the first page of Google. The biggest factor is the originality of your hub/topic. Is it something everyone writes about? Or is it something that there is little written about? Another big factor is the tags that you choose for your hubs. The tags should be specific to your topic. If you are writing about specific topic, your tags should not be vague. If you are writing about when certain fruits are in season, then your tag(s) should not just be "fruit". I think those are the two biggest factors contributing to your hubs being on the first page of Google.
