Will you follow a person who has joined HubPages recently and has no hubs to his credit?

The new hub pages entrant is following you and s/he has not made hubs. Do you reciprocate the action and follow them irrespective of their activity on HP? I wait till I see the person come out with some hubs before I decide to follow them. Your thoughts on this please. Thank you.

I didn't know that there were people who joined HubPages to give their advice and suggestions without writing hubs. Thanks for the input. Cheers, Rema.

Oh, is it so? This is definitely useful information. I usually do follow people who create good content irrespective of their age on HP. I hope someone who is sure about this would confirm it for us. Thanks Pollyannalana for the input.
