    What is your oldest hub that still gets organic traffic?

    All of my oldest hubs get organic traffic and the traffic is decent too. I started publishing on Hubpages in May 2009.

      I'm trying to figure out how long I can expect success to last on hubs that have been doing well.

      If they are evergreen topics then potentially many years. The things to watch out for are newer better articles on the same topic/keyphrase ousting yours. Topic losing popularity. A Google slap of your subdomain. Hubpages shutting down.

    It's the relevance and content of the Hub that determines longevity when it comes to organic traffic.  Two of my earliest Hubs, Published early (Jan-Feb) in 2008, are still consistently in my top five view getters, day in, day out.  It helps (I believe) that they are practical pieces, one about building survival cabins and another about digging hand dug wells.  In the past 5 years, they've never had a day where they got zero traffic.

    I have one hub which gets continuous traffic from a web site it is posted on specifically about the subject matter(chipmunks as pets) The rest are usually politically motivated pieces about the state of the none democratic Westminster parliament. Recently however I have been threatened with suspension because of some of the things I have written regardless of the fact that they attract good feedback from readers.
