It's a glitch in the software, probably the MySQL database. The number, which is seemingly random, is actually significant. That's the maximum possible value that you can store in a specific type of field (an unsigned int field).
An unsigned integer can only be positive, so if you accidentally try to store a negative number it will instead be converted into the maximum value (4,294,967,295). An unsigned integer seems like the logical choice to store the hub views, because there should be no way for you to ever have negative views.
It would appear that somebody goofed and forgot some error checking, and somehow a glitch in the software attempted to store a negative number in the views field, so it now reads as int_max / infinity.
