Do you use Google+ ?
I use it. I think it has a lot of potential for a better social media source, than Facebook... However, not enough people seem to agree with me. Since, there aren't nearly as many of my friends, contacts or family using +, I use Facebook more... but, I do post blogs, hubs and random memes there... but, I also post 'em on Facebook too! LOL

Xomba, SheToldMe, etc.
I am getting much more traffic on my submissions at Red Gage than at Xomba, SheToldMe, or YouSaytoo. For the effort, Red Gage seems to be working much better, yet the other three sites have a higher Alexa ranking. Can anyone share their experience/thoughts on this? Thanks.
