It is on ehow.com and I checke the copyright infringement procedure, goodness what a hassle this will be!
xanzacow the fact that it's on ehow is good news, I think the site will be very compliant in removing the duplicate content. I had a look at their copyright laws. send an email to copyright @ demandmedia.com b(no spaces) and link the original
I agree Kats I think eHow will be very quick to comply with a removal request.
If Demand Media doesn't remove it, you can make a DMCA complaint. Google will know who's article was posted first, and that the other site will be reprimanded.
the other good thing about complaining to ehow is that this person (content thief) could potentially lose their account.. i know that's not much, but it encourages them to avoid copying other people's work...
