No, they won't except in three cases:
1. You view them yourself (for editing etc)
2. If they were featured, but are no longer due to engagement and quality. In this case, they may continue to get views until the search engine re-crawls them
3. There may be direct links to them (from other hubs, or other websites)

Thanks so much I have 2 out of 36 that are not featured
It's really hard to get views on not featured hubs. You can try going back and editing them to try and get them featured, or make sure that you promote them heavily on social media sites constantly.
i have 12 unfeatured articles but they do get traffic because I share them at share medias
