Not seeing the article hampers a critic and going to your page doesn't show me the hub scores for your articles , but I'd say there might be structural problems in the text that impedes readability that Hubpro didn't correct, or the subject doesn't resonate with the audience reading it. I have written a few of those. I thought they were good topics for my subject matter, but the audience had little interest in them.
The Hub score for articles just coming out are calculated over that 24 hour period right after you publish. Your first readers give critcs and answer the metric questions. Often first scores can be pretty low, just above or below 70, but in a few days time they can rise to 80 or more as more interested people get to them. It depends on your readers.
