    i want improve memory in academics

    I want to improve academics memory to enable me think fast memorizes thing fast by so doing i can pass all of exams.

    One way to remember what you've read is to read just before you go to sleep at night. The brain will process the information while you sleep. Speed reading's supposed to be good, and only study for 20 to 40 minutes then have a break because aparently we stop taking in information after that amount of time.
    And don't overdo the studying or you'll tire your brain out!
