Where are you linking to your hubs and getting backlinks from?

I was wondering what other people do for their backlinks and the sort of sites you post links to your hubs to and the way you do it.  Do you go out to 10 different do follow domains for nearly every hub and leave links there.  Do you just do one backlink or do you spend hours and hours backlinking.  What are your backlinking strategies.

If you would rather not be too open about what sites you use, your strategies e.t.c. I understand!

Pretty much yes, although since I struggle to find the time to do it I only tend to do it on the hubs which have had a fair few visitors - if they are already popular, I promote them more. If no-one is interested in what I wrote, then it doesn't matter how many links I have and how well it appears in the search engines, I take the hint that they are not interested wink

My target is around 10 per hub....then it will be 20 when I get to 10 etc. etc. There is no end to it until you are number one in Google. once you are there, you need to carry on as others will try to take your place!

I didn't think it would all be so much work!!!!!

I've had the best luck with redgage.com. It's a friendly community, and I've gotten quite a few backlinks from it. If you're concerned about backlinks to make money, I would worry more about search engine optimization (SEO). If you use lots of keywords and write about topics that are often searched for in search engines, you will get backlinks from various websites without even trying. It just takes a bit of time. It took me about two weeks before I started seeing lots of backlinks. Good luck! smile

I link on Xomba, Redgage and InfoPirate. Everything I write gets a link on each of those. It takes me almost as much time to write the backlinks as it does to write the article, but I have a system, as soon as the article is written, I post bookmarks.
