Amazon Capsule Not Working

    Hi..the above link is my Hubpage..I am not able to edit inside AMAZON capsule..

    Either Choose Specific Products or Choose Keywords..Both are not working & i am fooled at the end of every attempt. Can anyone help me to get out of this..

      Sorry to hear about the problems you are experiencing using the Amazon capsule.

      I was just able to login and edit the Amazon capsule in your Hub with no issues.

      Are you getting an error message?

    Hi Matthew Meyer,
    Thanks for your kind reply. The problem has not been solved yet.After entering the required Amazon URL or ASIN or ISBN, & click the Preview Amazon Results, nothing is working or displayed?! & If we click SAVE button nothing is saved?!Frustrating..Will you help me please?

      I just looked at your only Hub and you have an Amazon capsule in it with one book.

      Did you follow some of the troubleshooting steps in the FAQ post and are still having the problem (clearing browser cache, etc.)?

      Does the issue persist with a different web browser?
