I'm not certain, but it seems many of my rss feeds are not getting updated day by day. They seem to show the same topics from one day to next, even if the page they point to has been updated.
One example is my hub on Sarah Palin at
It has an rss to a Keyword Blog that says the last entry was Dec. 3 when there have in fact been many more recent posts on that blog since Dec. 3. I belive it is doing it on some other of my hubs which point to an rss called Answer Man News.
I have taken over this issue from Fawntia. I am having trouble reproducing the problem with the hub in your link.
Are there any other hubs that have this rss issue? Also, are you still finding problems with the rss feed in your link?
OK, as soon as I posted that, I was able to reproduce the issue. :-) I'll let you know when I figure out what's up.
Choose a dynamic site for RSS. It will be updated regularly.

For people who never use RSS feeds for any reason, I reckon it would be worth giving them the option of disabling the feature.RSS feeds make it too easy for content to be stolen.
