This is reference to questions without answers.
When I go to edit a question, the wheel-of-eternal-loading appears to really be eternal. When I submit my edit, the question is unchanged.
Sorry for any inconvenience this is causing and thank you for taking the time to report it.
I reproduced the issue you described in Windows XP and Chrome 20.
It is occurring in the other browsers I have tested as well (Safari, Internet Explorer).
I have forwarded this to our engineering team to be addressed.
