My poor man. You need some falling off the bone BBQ ribs with Memaws special sauce and a side of cole slaw. Add some collards or fried okra to that, and you will be fat and happy. Some Florida style iced tea with a slice of lime would set it off nice.
Read recently that women who consume 1 cup or strawberries of 1/2 cup blueberries per week are healthier. So I covered my bowl of Kashi Go-Lean Crunch with a mess of sliced up strawberries. Healthy quota fulfilled. Pass the chips and chocolate, please!
Seasoned pan-seared fish, fresh spinach sautéed in olive oil with a bit of garlic, a fresh baby cucumber and a serving of a great cake you make in the microwave. First time I've cooked in days - I'm usually eating a slice of lunch meat wrapped in a piece of bread.
