On my Profile page, my personal image appears on the hub about Archangel Raphael instead of the photo I chose and credited showing the Third Eye Chakra. I've tried to edit the photo, but my own image still appears on the Profile page. (Note: The hub itself is fine.) All the other photos with the rest of my hubs appear correctly (that is, each one is one that I used for that hub). Is there a simple way to correct the photo or do I need to delete the entire hub and resubmit it?
I agree with Reality Bytes. Size 168 x 120 is probably what is making HP unhappy.
Perhaps the photo is too small, try another photo?
My first hub photo always shows up as the image in my profile.
Thank you, Reality, but I checked the properties of the original third-eye chakra picture and it's 120 x 168 pixels--another photo that I used (and appears correctly on "Afternoon on the River Bank") is only 120 x 80 pixels. So, it's not the size. Perhaps HubPages doesn't recognize the source? Oh, well, at least the photo is correct on the hub itself. I guess I won't dwell on it any further. Thank you for your input, though. I do appreciate it.

The slideshow does not suit many hubs and the horrible black button ruins the first photo. Please allow authors to choose whether they want it or not. You get a slideshow with just 2 or 3 photos which is silly.

I know that you can choose to display your idle hubs on your profile page, but I don't, because I don't want Google to see them at all and get confused by all those "do not follow." What this means is...
