hey everyone. I'd like to ask for help in getting more readers?

As you've been a member of the site for less than an hour, I'd like to invite you to read the HubPages FAQ.  Your first Hub appears to be something that does not comply with the site guidelines and that will have a significant impact for when it comes to trying to get readers.

Amazing! Here barely an hour and worried about readership! Doubt if it's even indexed that quickly, but you never know.

Another good area to research is The Learning Center:

Thanks guys! I really appreciate your replies.

Yes, I'd like to make sure my content gets read.. can you blame me? lol

wouldn't it be cool if your content would promote itself though

If you write what people are searching for in Google the traffic will come thus promoting itself.

Original, unique, interesting and helpful content does promote itself.

Purely promotional hubs get unpublished by site moderators.

Try to ensure that you answer the searchers question. If they have tried numerous articles and had not had their question answered until they found yours, believe me, they will promote your article for you.

Be original and try to write useful hubs and readers will appear! Hubbers will initiate traffic and get you off to a good start then the other internetters will hopefully boost your numbers. Be patient and build up gradually!! Learn from others and don't be put off when things don't work out.
