Page hangs when I try to click into "my account"

    Today is the first time in a couple of days that I tried clicking Username => My Account in the dropdown. The page hangs while connecting to scorecard research. I've cleared cookies and, thinking it might somehow be blocked by Marriott Hotel, for some reason, I connected from a different WiFi with the same result...

      Are you still having problems?

      It sounds like the wireless you were using might have had some things blocked.

      I just tried to reproduce the issue you described and was unable to do so.

      I would suggest upgrading to the latest stable version of Firefox, 15.
      If that does not address the issue, then try to clear your browser cache.

        The problem went away a few days later, mysteriously. I'm a programmer and web developer, so went through all the steps except the browser upgrade, which would have been irrelevant). I dunno. It had me stumped.
