Hi everyone. I'm new to Hubpages. Would anyone know if we are allowed to change our url for our hub? I had to submit my hub a second time and when I did I changed the title of my hub without changing the url. I looked under faq, just couldn't find the answer. Thanks for responding
No. The URL is the one thing you can't change - because if you change it, it would break any backlinks etc connected to the page.
If you want to change it, you'll need to delete that hub and copy all your content into a new hub.
I have had several hubs that I have changed the title on to improve the views of the hub. So far I have not had a decline in views for doing so. I have been told and read that Google does not focus on the URL at all, or is so, very little. They are looking for keywords in the title and the hub for the ranking of the article.
