I tried starting two new hubs late morning Pacific Time but I kept getting an error message saying "It looks like something went wrong, hit the refresh button." Was the system slow on HP's end? I didn't notice anything wrong with my connection.I don't want to get penalized for having incomplete hubs.

Has anyone noticed extra gray lines in their hubs? Some of mine have these and it causes a large white area. It looks like the start of a text capsule, but it can't be removed or edited.
