I am from Connecticut, which excludes me from the amazon affiliate program. Does this mean that amazon capsules and links are completely useless to me? If I were to put some in would it help or hurt my hubs in any way? Could I still earn money from impressions though hubpages with amazon links? Could someone help me, please?
Hubpages will eventually roll out their new Amazon program that requires no Amazon-ID.

Amazon changed their affiliate program yesterday by cutting the payout for most affiliates by half or more. Has HubPages addressed how these changes will affect content providers here?
