Please give me some advice on getting AdSense Approval - I tried two times, and they refused. Do I need a specific number of hubs, comments, followers? Please help!
There are no fixed rules, but with 3 hubs you are unlikely to be approved. Most people think it is not worth trying until you have at least 10 good hubs.
Secondly, people who live in certain Asian and African countries, often need their web content to be at least 6 months old before getting approved.
Some people think it is easier to get Adsense on the strength of a Blogger blog, which contains a number of posts of decent length, because Google is thought to favour its own property.
